I’m a Cambridge-based freelance animator and graduate of Edinburgh College of Art.

 

In my work I aim to stylise and construct my own impression of reality, while working with minimal colour pallets and pared-down character designs.

 

I like to challenge audience expectations of narrative, focusing on the small, undramatic points of life and finding poetry in the mundanity of the everyday.

 

My last film, Laundromat (2018), is a short in three parts, capturing brief glimpses at different times of day, and reflecting on how a setting can be shaped and influenced by time and the people that come with it.
